There are over 10,000 listings viewed a month from our current listing database. (Only 170+ listings strong) Last year we added our exclusive listing database for our advertising Realtors and Property Managers. With your login ID and Password you have FULL control of the listings you add, edit , mark sold or remove. Each listing becomes searchable by Bedrooms, Type, and Price Range. Visit Search Page. Or the viewer can select the button for "Homes for Sale", "Homes for Rent", "New Construction", "Vacant Land", "Investment Property", or "Commercial Property" for a complete list of the properties you entered into these categories. Each listing has a details page with up to 10 pictures, all YOUR contact information, Long description about the property, "Print Flyer" and a link back to Your Web Site. We have 6 advertising pages within the site (Banner Pages): "Realtors Page", "Renter Page", "Apartments Page", "New Construction Page", Manufactured Homes Page", and "Finance Page". Advertising Banners are placed on the pages by request. Banners are 400 x 60 pixels in size and will be hyperlinked to YOUR web site. The are placed in order by signup date. The oldest banners are at the top and new banners are placed on the bottom. Side banners can also be purchased. Do NOT have a web site of your own! We will provide you with a "Contact Page" of your own with in or site. LawtonOK-Realty.info/YourName. This page is FREE when you purchase a monthly Banner. Your picture, contact information, info request form, and up to 5 listings with one picture each on this FREE web page. This is Great for individual on a small budget. You also get to add up to10 listings into the MAIN Web Sites searchable database. Your Banner may be placed on the following web sites:

Over the years we have never raised our fees. 400 x 60 Banner placed on one of the 5 pages cost $30 a month (First banner gets you 10 listings into the database) ask how you can get additional listings. You can provide your own banner or we can design one for $29.99 There is NO monthly contract. If you decide not to stay on the site, just notify me and you will be removed.
